Licensed salon & spa professionals can set up a Professional Account which entitles them to professional only pricing, professional only promotions and additional educational and marketing resources available to our salon & spa customers.
If you already have a Professional Account with us, please sign in below with your email and password in the "Sign In to My Professional Account" section.
To create a Salon - Spa Professional Account, please enter your email and a valid Cosmetology License in the section called "Create a Professional Account" below and click the "Create Account" button. You will then be asked for additional information.
Art of Beauty uses the following carriers to send out Salon & Consumer orders:
Standard Ground Shipping
Art of Beauty offers FREE shipping on all "Standard Ground" orders for "Consumers" & "Salons" over $55 shipped in the continental USA. Orders under $55 are charged a flat $6.95 Shipping Charge for "Standard Ground" Shipping in the Continental USA.
Priority Air Shipping
Priority air shipping is 2 Day Transport Service (business days) is available for all customers in the Continental USA. This service starts at $22.00, but you will be contacted after your order is placed with an exact shipment quote.
The day an order ships is not considered one of the (2 business days) required for 2 Day service.
At this time we are unable to deliver packages to PO. Boxes
Unless otherwise stated, Art of Beauty does not ship "consumer" or "salon" orders outside the Continental USA. International processing fee applies for orders outside of the US. Processing fee includes pre-payment of all duties and miscellaneous fees. Certain dollar amount and weight restrictions may apply to orders outside of the Continental US.Any orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional freight charges. Customer will be advised of charges prior to order shipment. International shipping only applies to consumer accounts.
Shipping Confirmation e-mail
Once Art of Beauty Ships your order, you will receive an Invoice email which itemizes all them items that were shipped along with shipment tracking details tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
Return your merchandise for a full refund of product value if you are unhappy for any reason. Our return policy is simple. Within 10 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of product value. Please keep the original packaging and return with the item. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange. Additional information about returns please see Terms & Conditions of Sale. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Art of Beauty. Items sent as gifts from our website can only be returned by the original sender. All other gift orders can be exchanged by the recipient for identical merchandise in the event that the item arrived damaged.
How to Return Merchandise
When sending in a return to Art of Beauty please follow these instructions:
1. Call CUSTOMER SERVICE at 1.800.659.6909 x2
2. Indicate a reason for your return and how you would like your credit to be applied
3. Request an RA (Return Authorization) number. IMPORTANT: Returns without RA's WILL be refused
4. Include the packing slip with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper)
5. Wrap the package securely
6. Attach your return address
7. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment
