Check Status of Your Order
You can cancel any order that has not been shipped yet. To cancel an order, login and click on the "My Account" link in the Top Menu. Select "My Un-Shipped Orders" in the left menu. If your order has not shipped you will see it there with a cancel order link. This will automatically cancel the order and any pre-authorizations associated with the order. If you applied a promotional code to an order you cancel that code will be UN-retrievable. So please confirm that what you see in your check out is exactly what you want before submitting your order.
